Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversions through strategic online marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitive analysis to enhance organic visibility.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement A/B tests to improve content, creatives, landing pages, and overall user engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Create engaging content and collaborate with the content team for blogs, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, user engagement, and lead conversions.
  • Manage social media presence and execute advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, content optimization, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.
  • Experience in Canva or other design tools for basic creatives.
