About The Opportunity

Location:

• Lead day-to-day site engineering activities: supervise works, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive timely execution against project schedules.
• Review and implement structural and civil design drawings; coordinate revisions with design consultants to resolve site-related design queries.
• Prepare and manage BOQs, material take-offs, and on-site resource plans; control costs and support procurement decisions.
• Conduct technical inspections and materials testing; enforce QA/QC procedures and document non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and multi-discipline teams; maintain clear daily/weekly progress reports and project communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Indian standards (IS/IRC), local building regulations and HSE requirements; support statutory approvals and inspections.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on site experience (typical for Senior level).
• Proven track record in site execution of building or infrastructure projects, including RCC works, formwork, shuttering and finishing.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (STAAD.Pro/ETABS) and familiarity with BOQ preparation.
• Practical knowledge of quality control, concrete technology and materials testing; experience implementing QA/QC checklists.
• Good command of project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera), strong reporting skills and ability to drive daily site productivity.
• Sound understanding of Indian codes (IS/IRC), safety regulations and statutory approval processes.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Revit/BIM workflows, tender evaluation and contract management for civil subcontractors.
• Exposure to large infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities) or specialty civil works.
• Professional certifications (M.E./M.Tech, PMP, or equivalent) or prior leadership/mentoring experience.
