• Project Leadership:

  Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

• Design & Analysis:

  Utilize advanced engineering principles to design and analyze structures, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

  Prepare detailed cost estimates, manage project budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and solutions.

• Site Supervision:

  Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in engineering practices and project deliverables.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and urban development.
