Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving strategic growth. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute targeted sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals and values.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to deal closure across platforms like Upwork etc.
• Define sales strategies and revenue goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Build strong client relationships across USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and other global markets.
• Lead a team of BDEs/BDMs—setting KPIs, mentoring, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, estimations, and tailored client pitches.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA; MBA in Business or Marketing is a plus.
• 7–12 years of business development experience in IT services (apps, games, web, UI/UX).
• Strong knowledge of tech stacks: iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, Unity, MERN/LAMP, APIs, etc.
• Hands-on with bidding portals, CRMs, and lead management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and leadership-oriented.
• Must have experience working in service-based IT companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
