Should have the capability to adjust to emerging technologies/industry
trends and apply them into operations and activities

Who can Apply :
Experience: 1-3yr Experienced

BDM Responsibilities:

  • Study and stay updated on all service and product offerings.
  • Maintain and regularly update a database of domestic and international client contacts.
  • Make proactive calls to new, potential, and existing clients (no bidding involved).
  • Address client queries, objections, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record key details from every client conversation for future reference.
  • Conduct follow-ups with all leads consistently to ensure engagement.
  • Schedule and track meetings with clients based on interest and readiness.
  • Report on call activities, meeting outcomes, and follow-up status.
  • Attend regular team meetings to align on goals and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Work primarily on B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Actively use LinkedIn for outreach, networking, and building client relationships.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.

Skills:

  • Work on B2B lead generation and client acquisition through strategic outreach.
  • Use LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Skills required: Communication, Sales, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Nurturing, and Negotiation.

Schedule:
