Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our dynamic team in Chennai.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base in the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company solutions to present value-driven proposals to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and project delivery) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and prepare periodic reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to achieving the company’s sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related field (Preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical IT/security solutions to clients.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
