Senior Associate, Investor Relations

🔧 Responsibilities

Communication & LP Engagement

• Draft, polish, and deliver quarterly investor updates, performance reports, and fundraising materials.
• Own the LP communications calendar and lead preparation of all LP touchpoints (webinars, in-person summits, one-on-one meetings).
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for existing and prospective investors, answering questions, tracking follow-ups, and surfacing insights.

Fundraising & Marketing

• Support capital raising across vehicles (core fund, SPVs, evergreen structure) by crafting compelling decks, data rooms, one-pagers, and financial exhibits.
• Help drive the investor journey from first contact to close—including CRM management, diligence tracking, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor dinners, and virtual campaigns across geographies.

Strategy & Analysis

• Partner with the investment team to understand deal performance, portfolio milestones, and key metrics—and translate them into clear investor narratives.
• Analyze LP behavior, segment the investor base, and propose strategies to expand and deepen investor relationships.
• Work cross-functionally to align fundraising goals with portfolio success stories and platform impact.

🧬 What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—especially in investor communication and pitch decks.
• Familiarity with venture capital structures, LP/GP dynamics, and performance metrics (TVPI, DPI, IRR, etc.).
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and limited guardrails.
• A strategic mind that can zoom out to see the investor lifecycle—and a tactical drive to execute flawlessly at every step.
