We’re Hiring: Sr Account Executive

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 2–4 yearsEducation: Graduation in Finance (Mandatory) | MBA in Finance (Preferred)Own the entries. Support compliance. What You’ll Do

Handle day-to-day accounting, including vendor invoice entries for all entitiesPrepare 15CA/CB for outward remittances in coordination with consultantsMaintain books for assets, liabilities, depreciation, deferred revenue & prepaidsEnsure timely and accurate entries for month-end and year-end closuresSupport statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, ROC, TDS, GST, etc.)Assist with audits and prepare data for India, Dubai & Singapore entitiesRespond to accounting queries with policy-based clarityReconcile account discrepancies and support clean, audit-ready booksCoordinate with banks, advisors, vendors & consultants for financial documentationKeep financial trackers and Google Sheets updated for MIS reporting

Must-Have Skills

2–4 years of experience in core accounting rolesSolid understanding of accounting principles & statutory complianceHands-on experience with Tally, Excel & GST/Tax filingsStrong documentation and reconciliation skillsExcellent coordination and communication abilities

Good To Have

Familiarity with international compliance (Dubai, Singapore)Working knowledge of audit prep and closure documentationComfort with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Basecamp)
