Sr Accounts Executive

In this role, your primary mission will be to manage accounting and compliance operations for the organization in a timely and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day vendor invoice entries and accounting for datahash. - Managing outward remittance and preparation of 15CA/CB forms. - Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Calculating and accounting for depreciation on fixed assets, deferred revenue, and prepaid expense entries. - Providing answers to accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations. - Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. - Ensuring statutory compliance by filing various returns and timely depositing PF, ESIC, ROC Compliance, meeting year-end audit requirements, and compliance for Dubai & Singapore company. - Coordinating with bankers, financial advisors, external consultants, and auditors to provide required documents and accomplish tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Keeping necessary Google sheets updated to prepare MIS reports periodically.
