Customer Development Manager

As the Manager - Customer Development at Tatvic, a marketing analytics company, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales strategy and growth. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue growth and meet company targets. Your self-driven approach in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and maximizing sales potential will be crucial. It will also be essential for you to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to make necessary adjustments to the strategies. Additionally, ensuring the maximum conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the marketing team will be part of your duties. Another key area of focus will be on rigor and speed of closures. You will be responsible for managing the customer acquisition cycle from qualified lead to onboarding. This will involve probing clients" business needs, opportunities, and objectives through discovery meetings with CMOs, Digital Product managers, and C-level executives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal delivery teams and prospects. Your tasks will include preparing proposals/quotes, liaising with legal teams for contract approvals, and ensuring that each proposal is rigorously worked upon and closed within internal KPIs. Moreover, you will oversee data management and reporting processes. It will be your responsibility to ensure that sales processes are followed diligently and actively contribute to their enhancement. Maintaining accurate individual outreach and effort data in CRM and other internal systems, reporting them regularly, and gathering insights periodically will be part of your routine tasks.
