Job Description

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, strategic account management, and maximizing revenue and profit growth. Your key skills will include new business development, negotiation, and contract management, as well as customer relationship management and building strong customer networks. Your main responsibilities will involve expanding business within key strategic clients, introducing new services to existing clients, and increasing their share of wallet. You will be expected to achieve targeted revenue and profit growth, develop teams to establish relationships with new business accounts, and meet or exceed revenue targets from existing customers. Additionally, ensuring customer retention and delivering exceptional customer experiences will be crucial aspects of your role. You will lead and manage all aspects of identified strategic accounts, driving growth through new business acquisitions and supporting the development of new business opportunities. It will be essential to deliver significant change management solutions and foster a culture of ongoing change. Regularly assessing and validating customer needs, as well as ensuring legal compliance for operations, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key tasks will include training and development to address staff turnover and improve customer retention, driving customer satisfaction and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), and maintaining high standards in profit margins and accounts receivables. You will be expected to schedule and facilitate leadership meetings with customers, execute organic growth initiatives, implement customer performance management strategies, and conduct service level performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in supply chain or logistics from a recognized institution, with a proven track record in customer satisfaction and NPS improvement. Strong experience in business growth, strategic account management, and change management solutions will be required, along with expertise in financial budget achievement and team leadership in developing relationships with new business accounts. Experience in ensuring legal compliance within business operations is also desired. Fluency in written and spoken language is mandatory for this role.,
