What You’ll Do As our Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end financial operations and play a key role in audits, compliance, and financial strategy. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Coordinate external audits and support internal control processes Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure timely closing processes What We’re Looking For ✅ Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills Bonus Points: Experience in [specific industry] Exposure to international accounting or multi-entity operations Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance frameworks What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible work hours / hybrid work options Health, dental & retirement benefits Paid time off, parental leave, and wellness programs A collaborative, inclusive, and growth-focused environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
