Job Description for Accounts Manager at Safex Fire Services Ltd., Mumbai

Safex Fire Services Ltd., a 50 year old family managed enterprise, is one of the largest manufacturers of fire safety equipment in the country.

Branch Offices & Factories: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Secunderabad, Delhi, Chennai

We are looking for a dedicated individual who seeks a long-term association with the company—someone loyal, highly organized, and disciplined. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivables for both Branch and Head Office
• Handle Expense Management,ensuring proper approvals and timely payments
• Coordinate with the Admin Department for vendor payments, approvals, and related tasks across branches.
• Oversee and supervise Sales Order (SO) booking across branches
• Perform account reconciliations, including branch-wise and customer-wise reconciliations.
• Assist in GST filings, basic TDS calculations, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain financial documentation and support audit requirements
• Provide coordination support between finance, admin, and branch operations.

Qualification & Requirement:

• Min – 5 years of suitable accounting experience
• CA intermediate or CA attempted candidates are welcome
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.

Salary:

CTC 3.5 -5 LPA (depending on candidate)
(Local train pass shall be provided. Above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves and annual bonus)

Office timings: 10am-7pm (Mon-Fri) & 10am-4pm (Saturdays)
