Sr. Accountant Job Description- Manage and perform accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with management team on financial planning and decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:- CA or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Decent)
