Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow).Monthly generate Income and Expenses." Vehicle wise Profit & Loss account generate weekly".
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Billing: Generate Bills and E way bills and E Invoice.
• Reconciliation: Bank Reconciliation and AR and AP Reconciliation. Follow up Payments
• Knowledge in Transportation: knowledge in freight calculation and monitoring Vehicle tracking

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree often preferred).
• Certifications: Professional certification such as B.Com, MBA, or M.Com is highly preferred or required by many employers.
• Experience: Typically 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or supervisory role.
• Software Proficiency:
• ERP Systems: Experience with Tally,
• Accounting Software: Tally Prime and Cloud
• MS Excel: Expert-level skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
