Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivables for both Branch and Head Office Handle Expense Management, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments Coordinate with the Admin Department for vendor payments, approvals, and related tasks across branches. Oversee and supervise Sales Order (SO) booking across branches Perform account reconciliations, including branch-wise and customer-wise reconciliations. Assist in GST filings, basic TDS calculations, and compliance-related activities. Maintain financial documentation and support audit requirements Provide coordination support between finance, admin, and branch operations. Qualification & Requirement: Min 5 years of suitable accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
