Sr. Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting audits. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Review and finalize journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IND AS/GAAP).
• Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance for process improvement.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters and payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• Experience: 4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of: GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,204.56 - ₹33,258.61 per month
