HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring labor law compliance, and handling tender-related HR documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit formalities. Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and other statutory requirements. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination with the accounts team. Handle tender-related documentation such as employee data, labor compliance records, PF/ESIC submissions, and other HR documents required for bids. Address employee grievances, support performance management, and foster a positive work environment. Coordinate with project sites for manpower planning and HR documentation. Conduct periodic audits and support external audits as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in the construction or infrastructure sector. Sound knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC, compliance documentation, and HR best practices. Experience in tender documentation and contractor management is a strong plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
