Store Manager - Full Time

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to handle overall store operations, material inventory, and purchase records. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, tools, and supplies. Oversee receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials at the site/store. Manage and record purchase entries, material inward/outward, and update stock registers. Coordinate with procurement, project, and accounts teams for material planning and reconciliation. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained. Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and storage of materials to avoid losses or damage. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of stock status and material consumption. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and cleanliness in the store area. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Store Management or Material Management preferred). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors. Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems). Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
