As an Accounting Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records with utmost accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will handle end-to-end accounting processes, which involve Tally entries, GST, TDS, and other taxation-related tasks. Your expertise will be utilized in preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide valuable insights that support decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. - Maintain financial records with accuracy and compliance. - Handle end-to-end accounting processes including Tally entries, GST, TDS, and other taxation tasks. - Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Ptax, PF, and ESIC. - Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting and budgeting. - Stay updated with changes in accounting and taxation regulations. - Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues. - Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. - Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred. - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
