Job Summary:

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of project financing activities. This includes strategic planning, preparation, and timely submission of subsidy and incentive claims, managing all aspects of GST compliance, factory registration, and handling core accounting functions. The role involves working closely with government departments, financial institutions, auditors, and clients to ensure full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all finance-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end documentation and execution of project financing

· Prepare and submit claims for government incentives and subsidies

· Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns

· Oversee factory registration and compliance with statutory regulations

· Maintain books of accounts and general ledger entries

· Assist in payroll processing and conduct bank reconciliations

· Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

· Prepare financial reports, MIS, and expense summaries

· Liaise with government departments for approvals and follow-ups

· Maintain organized records of all compliance and project-related documentation

· Monitor timelines and ensure regulatory filings are completed within deadlines

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent)

· CA Final / CMA Qualified / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred (if applicable)

· Experience required based on qualification:

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax rules

· Familiarity with regulatory processes related to factory setup and industrial approvals

Salary Range:

Upto ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
