Sr. Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

Need Accountant with a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting functions, compliance, and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).

The ideal candidate will manage regular accounting entries, payments, GST, TDS, and other

statutory compliance requirements. They will support internal and statutory audits, resolve

discrepancies, perform ledger reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory records (both

physical and book values). Additionally, the role requires coordination with ERP vendors for

resolving system discrepancies and generating required reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting

standards.

• Handle payments, Experience in GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliances.

• Support internal and statutory audits, help resolve discrepancies and provide

necessary documentation.

• Perform regular reconciliations of ledger accounts, ensuring consistency between

records.

• Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure physical stock matches the book

records. Investigate any discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP software) for accounting functions.

Resolve any ERP discrepancies and collaborate with ERP vendors for system updates,

troubleshooting, and report generation.

• Keep track of all day-to-day statutory compliance activities and ensure the company

adheres to legal accounting requirements.

• Generate various financial and compliance reports as required, ensuring they are

accurate and timely.

Skills and Qualifications:

• M.com, CA IPCC (B.Com is also of if relevant experience)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in ledger reconciliation and auditing processes.

• Knowledge of inventory management and accounting for stock movements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
