Working Days: Monday to Friday; 2 Saturdays off + all Sundays off

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally, assist with reconciliations and basic documentation, and support administrative financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Daily accounting entries in Tally

· Handle filing and documentation of vouchers, bills, and receipts.

· Filing and maintaining accounting records and documents

· Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

· Handling payments (vendor, statutory, and other operational payments)

· Coordinate with internal teams for invoices and payments.

· Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

· Maintain organized physical and digital records.

Compliance & Statutory

GST preparation, filing, and reconciliation

ESI & PF compliance, challans, and returns

Coordination with consultants/auditors when required

MIS & Reporting

Preparation of basic MIS reports such as:

Financial Status Statement (FSS)

Fund/Cash Flow (FC)

Supporting management with financial data as required

Export Documentation

Handling export-related documentation

Preferred

· Candidates located within 10–12 km of Saket.

· Experience in a similar industry or export-related accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
