Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and writing complex queries to support business intelligence and application development. You will work closely with data analysts, application developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views. · Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and efficiency. · Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration across systems. · Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used across different departments and applications. · Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. · Maintain and update database documentation, including schemas and data dictionaries. · Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging of database systems. · Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers. · Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies. · Understanding the requirements from the client · Preparing the design document · Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces · User Acceptance Testing support · Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces · Deploy and release to production environment Must-Have: · Proven experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role. · Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field · At least 6-9 years of industry experience · Experience in working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge would be a plus · Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications · Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems · Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Good customer interfacing skills Show more Show less
