About The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to drive testing strategy and execution across our products. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are bug-free, robust, and deliver exceptional user experiences across platforms. You will work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable testing frameworks for mobile, web, and backend services.If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setup and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review software requirements and create detailed test plans and scenarios.
  • Execute manual and automated tests across mobile and web platforms.
  • Analyze results and debug issues related to APIs, databases, and UI/UX.
  • Prepare reports on test coverage, bug trends, and product stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and edge cases.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and stability.
  • Design and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify gaps in testing coverage and implement high-ROI automation solutions.
  • Conduct functional, performance, load, and end-to-end testing initiatives.
  • Enable analytics, instrumentation, and monitoring for better debugging and observability.
  • Take part in agile ceremonies to refine, estimate, and validate product features.
  • Contribute to scalable quality engineering practices across the company.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience :

BTech/BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.35 years of experience in Software Testing, with a focus on automation.

Technical Expertise

  • Experience in cross-browser, responsive, and mobile device testing.
  • Tools : Appium, Espresso, Robolectric, ADB, Visual Testing tools like Applitools, Percy, BrowserStack.
  • Proficient in API testing using Postman or JMeter (Load, Performance, Benchmarking).
  • Strong command over Selenium and automation scripting.
  • Understanding of TDD and test case documentation.
  • Ability to debug stack traces and logs from Firebase and other dashboards.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and remote configuration-based testing.
  • Experience testing across Android and iOS versions for pixel-perfect UI.
  • Hands-on with basic SQL for backend validation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and agile testing & Collaboration :
  • Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, and execute test plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
