Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sponsorship Specialist at a senior level at Percept Live Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and managing the organization's sponsorship strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prospecting, building, and providing leadership on all aspects of sponsorship to achieve revenue targets of the Company's IPs. - Securing new sponsorships and managing partner and sponsor relations to achieve financial and marketing goals. - Developing and maintaining partner and sponsor relationships, and overseeing all contractual commitments with sponsors. - Communicating effectively to close partnership agreements. - Traveling frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing sponsors, and networking widely to develop business relationships. - Handling overall billing and collections. - Endorsing terms of sponsorship agreements and guiding the execution of sponsorship agreements. - Guiding official responses to sponsors" dissatisfaction with sponsorship agreements to ensure proper problem resolution. - Leading the development of sponsorship strategies and key performance metrics. - Leading market research efforts to identify industry and market trends for the development of sponsorship strategies. - Reviewing current sponsors to strengthen the sponsorship portfolio. - Reviewing the development and presentation of sponsorship proposals to stakeholders. - Servicing clients on the ground. Qualification Required: You should be an ambitious and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude. You should have a proven track record in concept sales/new business development on a consistent basis. Being well-connected and networked with CXO and CMO of different brands is essential. Excellent client relationship management skills, strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required. A very high level of initiative, self-confidence, energy, and personal integrity is expected. You should be capable of working with cross-functional teams and be a team player. Candidates with industry exposure in Live Events/IP sponsorship sales will be preferred.,
