Job Description

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on securing sponsorship deals by identifying potential sponsors, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring successful execution of sponsorship agreements. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation through various sponsorship opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and aligning sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Revenue Generation: Meeting and exceeding sponsorship revenue targets by selling various sponsorship packages and digital offerings. - Prospecting and Relationship Building: Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential sponsors, including building a database of contacts and engaging with key decision-makers. - Proposal Development: Crafting customized and persuasive sponsorship proposals that highlight the benefits of partnering with the event or brand, including brand visibility, lead generation, and other valuable assets. - Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Event and Digital Asset Optimization: Understanding and maximizing the value of event and digital assets within sponsorship agreements, including hospitality opportunities. - Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with various teams, including marketing, events, and public relations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sponsorship initiatives. - Reporting and Forecasting: Maintaining accurate records, producing sales reports, and forecasting future sponsorship revenue. - Client Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and building long-term relationships with existing sponsors. - Innovation and Creativity: Thinking outside the box to ideate and create innovative partnership opportunities that meet the needs of both sponsors and the event/brand. - Networking and Representation: Representing the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new leads.,
