About the Role Are You a Closer Who Thrives on the Chase? Responsibilities Hunt new business relentlessly - from identifying high-potential brand partners to pitching with precision Craft power-packed decks and tailor proposals that speak a brand’s language and solve their business goals Negotiate like a boss and close partnerships that create real impact Own your pipeline - keep it hot, heavy, and constantly moving Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries Follow up like a machine - because the deal isn’t done until the ink is dry Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless partnership execution Crush revenue targets quarter after quarter, and then raise the bar Qualifications A hunter with 3–4 years of solid experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or B2B media/event sales Required Skills A storyteller who can create pitch decks that not only inform but sell A negotiator with nerves of steel and a track record of closing big-ticket deals A relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills A self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads - you go out and create them A finisher who believes follow-up is as important as the first pitch Preferred Skills Work on India’s most disruptive experiential IPs - and help take them global Autonomy, ownership, and recognition for your wins A high-performance culture that rewards results - not just effort Direct access to leadership, fast decisions, and a no-red-tape environment You’ll be part of a crew that works hard, plays harder, and wins big.
