Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager / Senior Manager / Key Account Manager to join our team at Ram-Nath & Company. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Chemistry, Science, or Marketing or similar experience in trading Chemicals in western / north / eastern region of India. Candidate who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. Preferred candidate profile 1. The candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in bulk chemical trading. Regularly visiting client places, factories, and industrial plants to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 5. During industry visits, the candidate should observe the details of existing products, engage in conversations with clients and industry professionals to learn about the products they are using, their experiences, and identify any gaps where our products can be pitched as solutions. 6. Addressing customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships. 7. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial deals. 8. Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. 9. Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. 10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer communications in the company-recommended application. 11. Providing regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and customer needs to management. 12. Continuously developing product knowledge and sales skills to stay ahead of the competition.
