Job Description Sr.Executive or Assistant Manager (Domestic and International Sales & Marketing) Position Purpose: Monachem Specialities LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Domestic & International Sales & Marketing) of cosmetics, flavor, fragrance ingredients and specialty chemicals. The role focuses on developing and maintaining sales with both existing and new customers in more than 50+ countries. General Information: Company Name : Monachem Specialities LLP Department: Sales and Marketing Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Gorwa, Vadodara Schedule: - 6 working days/week - Second and fourth Saturday holiday Ability to stay min for 3 years at Monachem with positive mindset / attitude,(settled well in Baroda) Male or female both are Welcome. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales and marketing of specialty chemicals which finds application in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Flavor and Fragrance ) (domestic and export sales experience preferred) Proactively develop and follow up on business leads from both existing and prospective customers. Maintain and regularly update the customer database with clear segmentation (existing, closed, new) and build action-based strategies. Identify market needs, monitor industry trends, and tailor offerings accordingly. Conduct market research and surveys to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure timely realization of monthly and annual sales targets, and effective implementation. Consistently achieve or exceed 100% of sales targets. Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. Chemistry or BBA or MBA(Sales & Marketing) with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the chemical industry (Domestic and International markets). Self-motivated, independent professional with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office, email, CRM tools, and business applications. Exceptional organization, time management, and planning skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with internal sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. 2. Contribute to weekly sales review and planning huddles. Key Qualifications: • Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in sales/ marketing of chemical intermediates to pharma or agro companies. • Skills & Attributes: Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Hands-on attitude with a clear bias for action. Analytical thinker with comfort in discussing pricing, gross margin, and commercial strategy.
