Role Objective:

To lead and grow Monachems Pharma and Agro Business Division towards its Vision 2030 by drivomg new business development, commercialise new intermediates products, create new CRO/CDMO/CMO opportunities, and deliver an annual Gross Profit / Sales Target for FY 2026-27.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Key Accounts & Customer Development

• Engage Indias leading Pharma & Agro companies

• Build strong relationships across purchase, R&D, and senior management

• Drive trials, negotiations, and business closures

• Open new opportunities in intermediates and custom synthesis

• Launch New Products (3 Pharma + 3 Agro)

Own end-to-end commercialisation:

• Product selection

• R&D coordination (fast 45–60 day cycles)

• Pilot batches

• Sample approvals

• First commercial order

• Scale to quarterly repeat business

• Drive Gross Profit / Sales / P&L Growth

Own GP delivery for the division, across both:

• Pharma & Agro – Domestic Sales + Export

• Technology (CMO/CRO/CDMO + Own Products)
