Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager (International & Domestics sales)

Position Purpose:

Monachem Specialities LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Domestic & International Sales & Marketing) of cosmetics, flavor, fragrance ingredients and specialty chemicals. The role focuses on developing and maintaining sales with both existing and new customers in more than 50+ countries.

Ability to stay min for 3 years at Monachem with positive mindset / attitude,(settled well in Baroda)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and marketing of specialty chemicals which finds application in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Flavor and Fragrance ) (domestic and export sales experience preferred)
• Proactively develop and follow up on business leads from both existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with clear segmentation (existing, closed, new) and build action-based strategies.
• Identify market needs, monitor industry trends, and tailor offerings accordingly.
• Conduct market research and surveys to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure timely realization of monthly and annual sales targets, and effective implementation.
• Consistently achieve or exceed 100% of sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Sc. Chemistry or BBA or MBA(Sales & Marketing) with 4 - 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the chemical industry (Domestic and International markets).
• Self-motivated, independent professional with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, email, CRM tools, and business applications.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and planning skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
