Buyer- Intermediate

Job Responsibilities :

• Request for quotation, Cost comparison and PO creation.
• Arranging Vendor qualification documents, arranging the vendor audit , audit compliance and arranging the CAPA from vendor
• Exploring alternative source for critical material
• Collaborating with site material planner and vendor to arrange the material on time.
• Knowledge on SAP and Ariba
• Arranging documents from vendor for regulatory filing /deficiency response
• Collaboration with cross functional team for closing of open PR, PO and change control.
• Coordination with finance for payment release 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand specific intermediate needs.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key Intermediate providers, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Assess potential risks associated with intermediates & KSM dependencies, including vendor lock-in, data security, and compliance issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry
• Continuously assessing vendor risk and developing mitigation strategies in response to potential challenges
• Ensure all sourced Intermediates meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements, including thorough quality control testing and documentation + Regulatory Guidelines
• Evaluate potential suppliers through detailed due diligence processes, including site audits, quality reviews, and technical assessments to ensure they meet required standards
