Strategic Leadership Lead and develop the supply chain team across procurement, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics. Define and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Act as a strategic partner to Production, Sales, and Finance for integrated operations planning. Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Align the production part of the Bag Division with sales requirements. 2. SAP System Management / Customer service Ensure effective utilization of SAP modules (MM, WM) across all supply chain functions. Monitor data accuracy, reporting, and system compliance. Coordinate with the SAP/IT team to streamline workflows and resolve system issues. Provide SAP training and guidance to team members to enhance system usage. 3. Procurement & Purchasing Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor development, negotiations, and purchase order management, both domestic and internationally. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials. Monitor supplier performance and cost-efficiency. Implement procurement best practices, budgets, and internal controls. 4. Warehouse & Dispatch Management Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inbound receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock audits, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Oversee timely dispatches to domestic and international clients as per sales and production requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations. Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in supply chain management , Chemical (education preferred), Operations (education additional) SAP Experience, Certification preferred Proven experience in managing a multi-function supply chain in a manufacturing or product-based company.
