Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the supply chain team across procurement, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics.
• Define and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to Production, Sales, and Finance for integrated operations planning.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Align the production part of the Bag Division with sales requirements.

2. SAP System Management / Customer service

• Ensure effective utilization of SAP modules (MM, WM) across all supply chain functions.
• Monitor data accuracy, reporting, and system compliance.
• Coordinate with the SAP/IT team to streamline workflows and resolve system issues.
• Provide SAP training and guidance to team members to enhance system usage.

3. Procurement & Purchasing

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor development, negotiations, and purchase order management, both domestic and internationally.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement procurement best practices, budgets, and internal controls.

4. Warehouse & Dispatch Management

• Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inbound receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock audits, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Oversee timely dispatches to domestic and international clients as per sales and production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in supply chain management , Chemical (education preferred), Operations (education additional)
• SAP Experience, Certification preferred
• Proven experience in managing a multi-function supply chain in a manufacturing or product-based company.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/SD/WM modules.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouses, logistics, and dispatch systems.
• Strategic thinking with operational execution capability.
• Excellent analytical, communication (English), and vendor management skills.
