Your Role

As an

HR Recruiter at StayVista

, you’ll be instrumental in finding and attracting top talent to help us achieve our goals. You’ll design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our vision, working closely with management to identify and meet staffing needs.Beyond filling positions, you’ll create a positive hiring experience and ensure that each new team member is a perfect fit for our culture. If you’re passionate about connecting with people and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Strong track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates within set timelines.
  • Familiarity with maintaining a comprehensive candidate database.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and prepare job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records, particularly in referral programs.
  • Graduate with an MBA or PG diploma in HRM.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

  • Familiarity with Keka Hire (HRMS).
