Specialist - Talent Acquisition

As a Specialist - Talent Acquisition at Schindler India, your main responsibilities will include: - Manage the entire Talent Acquisition life cycle for Schindler India, including Requisition Management, Sourcing, Screening/ Interview, Interview Coordination, Offer Negotiation, Pre-joining Engagement, and Joining. - Create and drive a differentiated Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned with business needs, requirements, and external job market benchmarks. - Utilize HR technology to simplify workflows, automate recruitment processes via tools such as Success Factor, ESM (Microsoft Ticketing Tool), and develop recruitment dashboards and reports regularly. - Manage multiple business and HR Stakeholders, fostering strong CRM to leverage each other's strengths. - Implement various recruitment methods such as job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and headhunting to network with potential candidates. - Establish and nurture a high-performance, growth-oriented, engaging, and retaining culture for the TA Team. Requirements and skills you should bring to the role: - Strategic and solution-oriented mindset. - Service-oriented and driven, preferably with experience in a challenging environment. - Experience in niche/complex and high-volume hiring. - Familiarity with head-hunting, social media, resume databases, and professional networks. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HR technology, MIS/Reporting, stakeholder management, and negotiation. - Exposure to audit and compliance will be an added advantage.
