Specialist People Office - Talent Management

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Onboarding, Operations, Separation, and the entire employee lifecycle
  • Creating policies and handbooks that detail the company's operations
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational policies, processes, guidelines, and procedures
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Communicate insights and implications to key stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, compliances, and best practices


What you will bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the HR Operations role
  • Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and compliances
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with G-Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
  • Expert PPT and Excel skills
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations
  • Team-oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times
