Job Title : Amazon Ads Specialist, Lead, Manager Experience : 2+ Years Location : Karapakkam, Chennai Work From Office Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign creation, ACOS management, keyword optimization, and inventory coordination. You will play a key role in scaling product visibility, maximizing ROI, and ensuring healthy ad performance across global markets. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve target ACOS and maximize ROAS. Conduct keyword research and implement data-driven keyword strategies. Monitor daily campaign performance, ad spend, and click-through rates. Collaborate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure stock availability and avoid ad wastage. Perform competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and actionable insights. Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and marketplaces. Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skill & Qualifications Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably across US, UK, and UAE marketplaces. Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other performance metrics. Proficient in keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp). Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Experience in e-commerce advertising platforms beyond Amazon (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
