Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our team in the Hotels and Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and dosas.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure consistency and quality of food preparation.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients used in South Indian cooking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
