Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 4-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry cooking and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in menu development.
