Job Description

Looking for a skilled DCDP Bakery to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily bakery operations, including food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
