Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities- Lead & supervise the pastry team, overseeing daily production of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty items.
  • - Menu development: create new pastry concepts, seasonal specials, and signature desserts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • - Quality control: ensure all items meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
  • - Inventory & cost management: order supplies, track stock, and control food cost percentages.
  • - Scheduling: manage shift rosters, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations during service.
  • - Training & mentorship: coach junior pastry staff, conduct skill workshops, and uphold hygiene & safety standards.
  • - Collaboration: work closely with the culinary team, front-of-house, and management to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
