Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Royal Kingdom Sarovar Portico. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with expertise in both Indian and Bakery cuisine.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Bakery cuisine, with the ability to prepare complex dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
