Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its regional variations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology to optimize food production.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative cuisine.
