Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the Indian, Continental, and Bakery departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Conduct quality control checks on food products and ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Support inventory management and ordering supplies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Bakery cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
