Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hotel Palacio, responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation and taste.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest menu improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly Curry and Tandoor cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable dining experiences.
