Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Utility professional in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain utility systems, including water treatment plants and HVAC systems.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze data to optimize utility consumption and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of utility systems and their applications in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
