We are looking for a results-oriented and customer-driven Team Leader Sales to oversee and guide a team of sales consultants in our automobile dealership. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the automotive market, customer behavior, and modern sales practices. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to final delivery. Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure a high standard of customer service and manage customer grievances effectively. Assist in pricing, financing, insurance, and documentation processes. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns. Monitor sales metrics and generate daily/weekly reports for management review. Maintain a strong knowledge of competing models and automotive trends.
