Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead a sourcing team for generating qualified leads for sales & closures
Identify and onboard new channel partners / brokers network
Build strong relationships with CPs to ensure active funnel
Scout and source new inventory options as per business needs
Conduct market mapping and competition tracking
Drive site visits along with sales / closing team
Maintain MIS reporting of sourcing funnel & performance
Train and motivate team for productivity improvement
Ensure achievement of monthly sourcing KPIs (site visits, fresh leads, CP activations)
